PTP is under no obligation, requirement or duty to cancel the recurring payment for, or on, a customers behalf. If your account has not been approved and/or is still under review for fraud, a refund may be initiated automatically or upon request. Paypal and admin fees will be deducted from your refund. Admin fees will increase with each fraudulent attempt an individual makes to gain access to the site.
