Worst Car Trouble Experience:  When Hurricane Rita came through Houston, we had a mandatory evacuation.  I packed up some stuff, hopped in the car and it wouldn’t start.  I was scared, kept trying over and over to get it to crank but it just kept turning over.  Pumping the gas, pleading with the car didn’t help.  So upsetting…I don’t want to have to live through that again.
