Scenario
A clip which focuses about running out of gas, just like my previous one
Cranking (6-7min)
Vivian leaves her workplace angrily/upset and walks to her car after a very bad day.
As she approaches the car, she stops, looks at it, seems almost annoyed by its condition and hopes the car won’t be temperamental.
She knows that her car has some start-up problems, so as she sits down she warns her car that she has had a bad day so the Beetle had better start for it’s own sake.
She finishes adjusting herself then she tries to start but with no success, she stands, unbelieving and says “you have to be kidding me“then tries again to start still in vain and add “come on i don’t have time for this right now“.
She goes outside, lift the hood to see what’s wrong but find nothing so she goes back to her car and start again.
She then looks at the gauge and realizes that she’s out of gas, she curses herself for having forgotten to fill it up yesterday.
She tries to start the car several times begging it to go.
In the end she manages to start the car, close the hood. She says “i don’t have time to get gas right now, so i expect you to have enough to make it
there.” She drives away and the camera fades out.
Vivian acts like she is pissed off/upset, she can imagine her own dialogues if she wants.
Camera angle : No specific ones, from the outside and inside, whatever you want.
Driving (6-7min)
Vivian is driving the car on the road in a hushed panic, her eyes glues to the car’s fuel gauge all the way. She threatens the car by telling it that it had better hold until she gets home.
Vivian even threatens her car and tell her she’d better not give on her ’cause she doesn’t have time for this.
She console the famished car, giving the dashboard a gentle rub with her other hand nervously tending to the steering wheel. She prays/threats her car to go a
little further, tapping the gas gauge.
The car stalls one first time and Vivian is afraid of running out of gas but after a few tries and some threats, she manages to get it on the road again. Vivian got the fright of her life and told her car not to do that again.
Vivian is afraid that her car would run completely out of gas soon and give up on her.
If she could act really stressed/pissed off/upset and says some dialogues where she threatens her car and sometimes begging (“don’t give on me, okay…”, “it would be better for you not to break down”), that kind of stuff.
The camera fades out from here if needed.
Camera angle : Main camera from passenger dashboard/windshield so we can see her. Small camera from main windshield/speedometer to have a view in front of her
Cranking (6-7min)
Vivian feels that the car starts to slow down which can only mean one thing: it is out of gas. She threats the car to hold on.
Unfortunately, the car sputters to a gas-less stop not long after, as the car slowly begins to stop, she says some dialogues like “please, sweetie, don’t…” and “crap! No, no, no not here! Come on!“. The car finally stops, starved for gas, as she hits she steering wheel “DAMMIT“.
She tries to start the car several times, tapping the gas gauge and ordering to start. Some dialogue while she tries to start “i know you have some gas left in there! Come on! and “start, damn you“. Pissed off, she keeps threatening her car advises it to start for its own good
Almost on verge of tears or angry, she finally gives up and smash the steering wheel one last time, yelling ‘I knew i should have fill it up, FUCK!”
She ends up going out and standing in front of the car calling one of her colleagues and asks her if she can come and help her out because she tells her she is out of gas on the road.
She ends the call and stands in front of her car, reproaching it for giving up.
She talks to her car being upset for a while then finally snaps, hits several times the front of the car in anger before sitting on the front of the car in anger as the video ends

As I said at the beginning, there are ideas for dialogues, but Vivian can invent her own if she wants to.
