Ivy gets herself into trouble in this clip. She’s managed to get herself handcuffed by a cop to the steering wheel of her car. She fights with the handcuffs until she gets them in the key switch, and then she tries her best to get it started so she can attempt to get help somewhere. The cop just laughs at her misfortune as she tries to get it started.
