Tinsley just got done doing her toenails when she has to hurry up and get something from town. She keeps the cotton between her toes as she walks to the Coronet, gets in and tries to get it started. She is pumping the gas with the cotton still between her toes and after a while, she removes the cotton since her toes are dry enough now.
