Vivian Ireene Pierce Cranking the Volvo Custom 1469 Creeper View

In this whopper of an update, you get to see various cranking scenes during the filming of custom 1469, all filmed from outside the car in a ‘creeper cam’ kind of way.

Lots of exhaust shots with some of them being from far away where you can faintly hear the car cranking and some of them up close.

This starts off with her getting the Volvo started and doing some hard revving for the first minute or so to get it ready for the custom and then she backs it up and disappears around the house to start the custom. From there, she comes driving by and the car stalls in our little woodsy section of our driveway. Then it’s just her trying to get the flooded car restarted.

The custom ended with the car genuinely breaking down and it wouldn’t start. I’m filming from the front and the hood is up when the car spews out the fuel from the carb vertically like a whale does from it’s blowhole. That was a perfect way to end the custom and now, trying to get the car started for real, I pop the hood and she tries it for a while before it finally starts. I give her some suggestions here but I don’t think my suggestions worked, we’ll give her all the credit.

Last scene is after she’s parked the car …eh, mostly parked. The car stalled and didn’t start on the first try, so I start filming again while she tries getting it started again, for real, to park it but I think it’s had enough for the day. I’m filming through the passenger side windows starting at the back moving to the front.
