I still manage to keep finding some clips from the last Caddy we had. This one is a nice clip of Hana ready to go out but it's chilly and damp outside, which probably means her car isn't going to start. Filmed entirely from the backseat, she struggles for over 7 minutes to get this beast of a car started. Lots of sputtering but it never fully catches. view more.

This last clip of this series shows Kristen having some more frustrations with the Volvo as it keeps stalling when she slows down at stop signs or intersections. She's fiddling with the choke, doing real heel-toe pedal action (no, heel-toe is NOT how you pump the gas flexing at the ankle) and trying not to get herself stranded away from home. You walk around with her to the drivers side of the car where you watch her petite little frame get in the car, fire it up and romp on that gas pedal in her blue sneakers. Her little foot stretches out a bit as she goes to push the pedal to the floor. The video fades in with the hood up, Cassandra by the car and Britney trying to get it started with the door open. Looks like some girls are a bit stranded at the office. Britney is getting visibly frustrated at the car not starting while Cassandra keeps looking under the hood but isn't sure what to do. After a while of unsuccessful attempts, Britney gives up the captain's chair to let Cassandra give it a try. The battery sounds weak, so Cassandra may not have much of a chance to get it running. Kamilla comes over to her mom's house and Buddah asks if there is anything Kamilla wants to do today? Kamilla isn't really sure so Buddah gets that sly smile and mentions that dad is away and the old Coronet is there...you know what they say about 'when the cat is away, the mice will play?!' :) The girls walk to the car carefully in their high heels. She's heading home after staying the night at your place because she was way too tired after going out for some drinks with you last night. You walk her to her car and start to head back inside when you hear that her car isn't starting. So, like any gentleman would do, you walk back to see if you can 'assist' in any way. Blegh, it's a nasty day! Diana carefully walks down the deck stairs in her stiletto boots to get in the Jeep and head out. She can't get the Jeep to start because the distributor is damp and it doesn't like to start when it's damp...wonderful!! Grr! So she walks over to the Monte Carlo that is parked in the bushes and go figure, it won't start either! She keeps cranking the Monte Carlo and it finally fires up, yay! But when she tries to pull it out, she feels the tires spinning and back end sliding around...she's stuck in the mud. :( She does have some good rocking going but that spot is slick because it's an uphill battle and a big hump to get over. view more.

She's still romping on that big, floor-mounted gas pedal in the new Caddy! She's playing around a bit more with trying to stall it out. If she floors it just right, you can hear the engine get out of breath and die. She then pumps the gas and spins it over where you can hear that sweet sound of the engine struggling to start. When it catches, more revving and more stalling until the light on my camera dies and you're left with a few more seconds of hearing the engine crank in darkness. view more.

Mari gets in the Volvo and is feeling confident enough to buckle her seat belt and get settled in for a drive. When she turns the key, surprisingly, the Volvo fires right up and she romps on the gas for a bit to get it warmed up. However, the Volvo starts to sputter, chug and cough...looks like she might not be going anywhere after all. She kicks off her boots at the very end of this clip. view more.

The Volvo has a new clutch that was getting broken in by Damara. I was nervous because she's good at breaking things, not breaking them in...so, I wasn't sure it would survive. This video is an example of that...we're heading back to HQ to get something we forgot for a custom video. So I tell her to drive it like she means it and I think she did that pretty well.
